Tilly is being transferred to Great Ormond Street tomorrow as she needs another operation, infusion of steroids, and it can't be done locally.

She is obviously upset at the moment and won't be helped when Debbie tells her the news.

We are very down and frustrated as we have been telling people and pushing to move things in anticipation but we are again in a bad position.
