Unfortunately I found Tilly last night shaking uncontrallaby in bed, feeling cold in herself but hot to touch.  Her temperature reached 40.4, even half an hour after being given Nurofen.

Debbie rushed her to Basildon Hospital and she was admitted and various tests are being carried out.  We have open access to the hospital as they can deal with general problems but not with complicated condition, CINCA.

We have been told that it could be pneumonia or urinary infection and await the results.  She is very down and worrying about tests that need to be done as she now fears needles and becomes hysterical.  Hardly surprising given how many times she has had canula's fitted and the fact that she has to be injected in her thigh every day, which is horrible to administer to your own child.

Fingers crossed for better news and will keep you updated.
