We received a message today from Washington stating that an operation must be performed to install stents into Tilly's bladder before going to the US. 

This is to try and control Tilly's reflux problems and could, if not installed, cause problems with infection, not helped by Tilly's low immune system.

The problem is that Great Ormond Street have already dismissed this operation and they would not perform the surgery previously.

We have asked Washington NIH to speak directly with GOS to try and resolve the issue.
