The increase of daily steroid intake, although not ideal long-term, has produced a big turnaround in Tilly's wellbeing.  She is now working hard exercising every day with light weights under the careful supervision of her dedicated mum, Debra.  In addition to calming the inflamation of CINCA/NOMID, the steroids increase the appetite and Tilly cannot stop eating!

We are waiting for a date for the proposed operation and expect it to happen within the next few months.  We are currently looking into accomodation and transportation as Debra and Tilly will be there for approximately 6 months.
