Hi I'm Tilly's dad and glad you have visited our site. I'm absolutely astounded at the response and offers of help from all sorts of people from as far away as Australia!
Debbie, Oliver, myself and Tilly thank you all so much for the support and love you've shown.

Possible Delay of Homecoming
We are currently waiting for news of the continuation of Tilly's re-habilitation in England. We now have an idea of the estimated realistic timeframe to get Tilly to walk independantly, 9-12 months, and we are obviously witnessing the difficulty due to Tilly's years of suffering and lack of all-round mobility. We will make a decision this week to either return, if we know re-hab will continue immediately, or to stay a further 2-3 weeks.
We are so proud of her efforts and her will throughout this incredibly difficult experience. She has suffered incredible pain following the operations, including two spells in Intensive Care, but her will has been amazing. She has spoken every day about how she will walk and play like her friends. Not too much to ask? Well, unfortunately in Tilly's case, it is as you all know she has suffered so much for so long. We even got carried away with the dream that she would return and be walking, without thinking about how difficult Tilly's life is on a day-by-day basis. She will get there and we have to be patient to realise the dream for Tilly.
We took Tilly and Oliver to see the 3-D concert of Hannah Montanna this afternoon and they both loved every minute!!! We all wore special glasses throughout the show, Dennis Norden specials, and the effects were amazing!!! I will post a picture of Tilly following the show in her 3-D glassess shortly.
Thanks to all friends who continue to post kind messages of support, they are all shown to Tilly and Oliver and very well received.
Kind regards
Colin
