Whilst in the US with Tilly at the time of surgery at the end of 2007, I posted a blog about the problems we were experiencing with immagration.  I also asked for anyone to call me who may be able to help us with the problem.  Within days I was called by a Mike Rutherford of Brentwood and he and his lovely wife, Elaine, had been following Tilly's story and offered to help.  They also raised in excess of £1000 and decided to donate it to Tilly's fund.

We have since recieved 10 year visa's for the US visits, thanks to the help of these kind people.

At christmas a few weeks ago they contacted us again and susbeqeuntly sent a lovely card and a cheque for £500 for Tilly's fund.

I would like to thank the very kind and amazing efforts of the 'Rutherford' family, and also their friends who have helped to boost the appeal fund that is so important to my beautiful daughter's plight.
