Hi I'm Tilly's dad and glad you have visited our site. I'm absolutely astounded at the response and offers of help from all sorts of people from as far away as Australia!

Debbie, Oliver, myself and Tilly thank you all so much for the support and love you've shown.

Please do not post any further donations through the website using PayPal.  PayPal have been holding onto monies sent to 'Tilly's Appeal Fund' for some months whilst asking for verification of the Fund.

We have sent relevant documents and had numerous, very tedious, phone conversations with them and they are still not releasing the funds.  We are being treated badly and they are holding onto decent hard working people's money.  We have in excess of £700 being held by PayPal and we feel that we are being treated like criminals.  Tilly's Appeal Fund has helped Tilly receive surgery and re-habilitation in the US which enabled her to walk.  In addition, The Fund enables us to visit the US every 6 months and Tilly undergoes a range of tests to see how she is coping with the condition and the numerous medications used.  Our hope is that they find a cure for this terrible condition and that is one of main reason's we continue to attend the research programme.

The Fund has been publicised on televsion both in the UK & US, aswell as appearing in two of the largest selling newspapers in the UK.  In addition, some of the largest know companys and personalities have either donated or contributed in some way to the Fund, they include:

Sugar Ray Leonard
Simon Cowell
Max Clifford
The Sun Newspaper
Harrods
Jason Leonard
ITV's This Morning Programme
Channel 5 News
CBS News
Washington Channel 9 News
The Daily Mirror

As soon as I can get the funds released from PayPal, I will then remove the payment method from the system.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any fundraising ideas or help with the Appeal Fund; 07975-978082.

Kind regards

Colin (Tilly's Dad)
