The site will now allow everybody to Bid for items prior to each event. 
The idea being that this will allow everyone the opportunity to Bid for items, as not everyone can attend all the events planned.

We will set a final date and time for the Bidding for each item and the final Bid will be used as a reserve price at the relevant event.  At the event itself if nobody Bids above the reserve price then the item(s) will go the person that placed the last Bid to the site within the time/date, subject to full payment of the item(s).

All Bids should be posted by clicking on the title of the auction item within the Auction Items Category, then using the 'comment' box at the bottom of the article.

We cannot accept any responsibility for errors in Bids placed by users of the system, so please ensure your Bid is correct or inform us before the closing date/time of any possible errors.

We will update the site with the latest Bid on a daily basis. If you are unsure about any of these instruction please contact us.
